Awarding a requirements contract to the lowest, most responsive bid submitted by AA Body and Paint of SA to provide for the purchase of automotive body work and repair services for an initial term beginning April 19, 2022 and ending April 30, 2024, in the estimated annual amount of $300,000 and providing for three (3) one-year renewal options, as requested by the Public Works Department; and authorizing the Purchasing Agent to execute a contract renewal in accordance with the terms of the original contract if provided for in each fiscal year appropriated budget, and authorizing the Purchasing Agent to execute and file the appropriate award documents for record.
